The User expressly permits the Kaurz Academy to clear the doubts of the student using Services /online portal by answering the questions placed before it, providing study plans, informing of the progress, providing feedback, communicating with the student and mentoring the student through telephone or e-mail on express consent of the legal guardian/parent of the User or through any other forum.

While the Kaurz Academy has made efforts to train the personnel engaged in the sales and services relating to its products to enable quality control, it makes no warranties or representations whatsoever regarding the quality and competence of such personnel and would not be responsible for any deviant behavior of any such personnel. Any feedback from User relating to the same is most welcome and the Kaurz Academy reserves the right and discretion to take any action in this regard.

Cancellations and Refunds

    • If, as a student, you wish to cancel a confirmed enrolment made via the Site or the, after enrolment to the Course, the cancellation policy contained in the applicable Listing will apply to such cancellation provided that no refund will be made in respect of tuitions already provided. Our ability to refund the Course Fees and other amounts charged to you will depend upon the terms of the applicable cancellation policy 
    • Details regarding refunds and cancellation policies are available via the Site and. Kaurz Academy will initiate any refunds due pursuant to the Payments Terms. Please refer to the Refunds section for latest updated terms and conditions for various categories of listings/courses.
    • As a student, You also have the option to exchange the phase (alternate starting date) of the product purchased. A nominal charge is applicable on phase change requests, which should be paid by the student before the request can be processed. Students need to call our support team for any refund / phase change requests.

In order to access the Services and to avail yourself of the /products, You shall be required to register yourself with the Services /products, and maintain an account with the  /Services /products. You will be required to furnish certain information and details, including Your name, mobile number, e-mail address, residential address, grade/class of the student, payment information (credit/debit card details) if required, and any other information deemed necessary.

As a minor if You wish to use Our products or Services, such use shall be made available to You by Your legal guardian or parents, who has agreed to these Terms. Refund Policy

  • Session 2024-25

How to Apply for Refund

  • 1. Last Date to Apply for Refund is 30 Apr 2024, any change in date will be notified on website.
  • 2. Amount Deductible in Refund Case (Towards Administrative & Academic Expenses) are mentioned course wise in table below.
  • 3. Refund requests made verbally or through phone shall not be entertained in any case.
  • 4. Refund Applications will be accepted only through email to [email protected]  No refund will be made after the Last Refund Date.
  • 5. Refunds will be credited in the Father / Mother Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this you must submit a Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page scanned copy.
  • 6. Refund rules are SAME even
    • a. If a student joins class after commencement date or
    • b. If a student doesn't join or attend even a single class at all or
    • c. If a student applies for a refund before the start of the class.

Refund in Special Case After Last Refund Date

  • 1. If an enrolled Student get Admission in any Medical / Engineering College (for which he/she has taken admission) located in India for MBBS / BDS / B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Arch. only through any Competitive Examination, refund will be made after deducting amount equivalent to double of Refund amount deductible out of Fee Paid. Refund shall not be payable if amount paid is less than amount equivalent to Refund amount.
  • 2. Refund of fee will be applicable only for the aforesaid courses. Refund will not be made for B.Pharma / B.YNS / B. Physiotherapy / B.VSc, B.Sc. and other Courses.
  • 3. Last date for such special case refund is 30/09/2024.
  • 4. For this, following documents must be submitted along with Refund Application.
    • a. Invoice of Kourz Academy Course.
    • b. Photo Copy of College Call Letter / Counseling Letter.
    • c. Fee Receipt of College Admission.
